Grüner Veltliner in Austria, the Sylvaner variety was introduced to Alsace in late 18th century. Here, Old vines produce low yielding wine with distinctive nose with vegetal & floral notes such as acacia & white flowers, even citrus aromas, together with great freshness on the palate.
