This is a vinous, rich and generous Champagne with a particularly attractive texture. Soft, round, coated with hazelnuts, yellow apple, and Asian pear aromas. It is powerful and bold, yet with that upright chardy structure, this is certainly a step up from a typical NV Champagne.
