This pale, citrine-yellow wine explodes with ripe nectarine, white peach and pink grapefruit zest in the nose, along with a suggestion of cassis and walnut, which on the palate turns to pistachio .  Lively, refreshing acidity that extends the elegant finish . It is hard to imagine a more perfect Sancerre.
